Our Management Process

Initial Onboarding

We begin with a kick-off call to get to know everything about you and your business. From there we research your industry, your ideal client, and your competitors, plan your full content strategy, arrange site visits, and get to grips with your tone of voice and content style. By the time we start creating, we know your brand inside out.

Content Creation + Editing

Each month we pre-plan your fully researched content calendar, then get to work. We film, shoot, and edit all content in-house, taking the time to develop an editing style that feels right for your brand and resonates with your audience, ready for you to review before anything goes live.

Approvals + Posting

Your first month includes multiple rounds of approval so we can nail both the copy and the visuals together. All content is reviewed and approved through our in-house Airtable content calendars, giving you full visibility of everything going out before it goes live.

Analytics + Reporting

Every month you receive a full performance report covering analytics across your platforms, a breakdown of your best performing content, and clear next steps for the month ahead. Organic social media is about playing the long game, and understanding what works and adjusting your strategy accordingly is what drives growth.
